As a Holistic Practitioner, I utilize multiple naturopathic modalities, along with diet, nutrition, and spiritual support (if requested), to help you achieve your goals. I am passionate about empowering my clients to take an active role in their own health journey. Restoring your health is absolutely possible, and I'm here to support you every step of the way!

My name is Heather and I am the owner and sole practitioner at Inside Out Holistic Health. I am a blessed wife, mom, educator, and Holistic Healthcare Provider.
I have been on a wellness journey for as long as I can recall. I have always had a strong curiosity for understanding "why" and "how" things come about in the body. I did a deep dive into health and nutrition after deciding to start my own family. It let me down a path of discovery and answers for so many of my questions. Years of independent study turned into a formal education and credentials allowing me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with anyone interested in a holistic lifestyle.
With degrees in Human Communications, Psychology, and Education, I have combined all three along with my certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner to open my own private practice. The practice is aptly named "Inside Out Holistic Health" as I believe that true healing must begin on the inside and work its way out.
I specialize in Homeopathy, Bach Flowers, Cell Salts, and Facial Analysis in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the near future, I will be working toward specializing in Lyme Disease, Blood Type Diet, and Daniel Diet.
I LOVE learning and enjoy the role of both teacher and student. If I am not reading and researching, I am homeschooling my children. My favorite time is spent making as many memories as possible with my family!
