Cancellation Policy

Appointment must be paid for in full in order to reserve a specific date/time. Cancellation policy requires 96hr (4 days) notice from client in order to receive a full refund. Appointments that are canceled within 96hrs of schedule appointment date/time are not eligible for refund. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your appointment for a future available date/time. Thank you for your attention to this policy.
